Sharing the Device with Multiple Users

The Medic Coach device can store connections for up to 9 mobile phones. However, it can only be connected to one phone at a time. Each user must connect their own phone and create an account to track their own progress and health data independently.

Using Different Phones
Each user must pair their phone with the Medic Coach the first time they set up their account. To switch to another user, the previous user needs to completely close the app on their phone to allow the next user to connect.

Using the Same Phone for Multiple Accounts
If you’re using one phone for multiple accounts, users will need to log out of one account via the app and log into another. No re-pairing is required, but each user must have their own email address for account verification.

Common Issues and How to Solve Them

If you encounter Bluetooth connection problems, ensure the previous user’s app is closed before attempting to pair your phone. If you see an error message, either wait for the Bluetooth to disconnect after 10 minutes of inactivity, or ask the previous user to close the app.
