Is my Android Phone compatible with Revitive Medic Coach?

Revitive Coach App is compatible with Android OS v9 and above.

Please note that your device must support Google Mobile Services

To find your Android software version

1. Open your phone's menu. Tap System Settings.
2. Scroll down towards the bottom.
3. Select About Phone from the menu.
4. Select Software Info from the menu.
5. The OS version of your device is shown under Android Version. If it is 9 or higher then you should be able to use the Revitive App

You also need to have Bluetooth version 4.2 or later to connect to the Revitive Medic Coach device. Bluetooth 4.2 was released in December 2014 so most newer Android phones produced after this date should be compatible. 

To double-check your Bluetooth version

• Please refer to the technical specifications in your manual or on your phone manufacturer's website in the first instance.
• You can also use third party websites such ashttps://www.gsmarena.com/to look up the technical specifications of your phone.
• If your Bluetooth version is 4.2 or later then the Revitive Medic coach will work with your phone.

Tablets

• The Revitive App is suitable for Android smartphones using OS 9 and above but is not supported for Android Tablets.
• If you have already installed the Revitive App to an iPad or Android Tablet, you will no longer be able to receive App updates, and Revitive cannot guarantee the performance of the App on those devices. For continued use, it’s recommended that you install the App, and use it on your smartphone

Is my Apple iPhone compatible with Revitive Medic Coach?

Revitive Medic Coach is compatible with Bluetooth v4.2, Apple iOS v15, and above.

Unfortunately, Revitive Coach is NOT compatible with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models. 

iPhone models 6s and 6s Plus, however, are supported. 

To find the software version of your iPhone

1) Locate and open the Settings app.
2) Tap General.
3) Tap About.
4) Note the current iOS version is listed by Version. If it is 15 or higher then you should be able to use the Revitive App

Ipads

• The Revitive App is suitable for iPhones using iOS 15 and above but is not supported for iPads.
• If you have already installed the Revitive App to an iPad or Android Tablet, you will no longer be able to receive App updates, and Revitive cannot guarantee the performance of the App on those devices. For continued use, it’s recommended that you install the App, and use it on your smartphone
