Location services are not enable on your phone for the Revitive app
Solution
Go to "Settings" for the phone and i) for iOs (Apple phones), select "Privacy" and enable Location Services; ii) for Android, find the generic "Location" option, normally in "Security & privacy" or "Connections" and enable this service, then still in "Settings", go to "Apps", find "Revitive" and enable location here. Next, in the app start the pairing process once more. Please refer to the User's Manual for guidance on pairing

Previous pairing confusing Revitive app
Solution: Please go to the phone’s " Settings" and find the Bluetooth options. Select “Forget” or “Unpair” for any Revitive connections. Next, in the app start the pairing process once more. Please refer to the User's Manual for guidance on pairing

Another phone is currently connected to your Revitive
Solution
Stop and close the Revitive app that is already connected. The Bluetooth icon on your Revitive will no longer be illuminated. Next, in the app start the pairing process once more. Please refer to the User's Manual for guidance on pairing

Revitive device is not functioning correctly
Solution
Please only perform this action if all the other Solutions above have already been tried. Switch Revitive on and insert a pin or unfolded paper clip into the Reset hole on its side until “00” appears in its display. Next, in the app start the pairing process once more.
