If you’re having trouble connecting your Medic Coach to your Android device, this article will guide you through some easy steps to help solve the problem.

Before you start, please ensure you’ve already tried the basic troubleshooting steps in Medic Coach Not Connecting.

Please note: The pairing process must be carried out from within the App, NOT through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

If you’re still having trouble, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: Update Your Software

Sometimes, updating your phone’s software can solve connection issues, especially if they’re related to Bluetooth.

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Scroll down and tap About Device.
  3. Tap Software Update.
  4. Select Update Now if an update is available.

This will ensure your phone has the latest features and fixes.

Step 2: Turn Bluetooth Off and On

Turning Bluetooth off and back on can help reset the connection.

  1. Open your Quick Settings panel (you can usually do this by swiping down from the top of the screen).
  2. Look for the Bluetooth icon and press and hold it.
  3. If Bluetooth is ON, tap it to turn it OFF.
  4. Wait a few seconds, then tap it again to turn Bluetooth ON.

Try connecting again to see if this resolves the issue.

Step 3: Turn Off Battery Saver Mode

Battery Saver Mode can sometimes interfere with Bluetooth connections.

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Go to Battery or Battery Saver.
  3. If Battery Saver is ON, tap it to turn it OFF.

Once it’s off, try connecting to My Medic Coach again.

Some devices need Bluetooth to be “discoverable” so they can connect to each other.

  1. Go to Settings on your phone.
  2. Tap on Bluetooth.
  3. Look for an option like Discoverable or Visibility. Make sure it’s turned ON.

Step 5: Clear Bluetooth Cache

Clearing the Bluetooth cache can help fix problems with old data that might be causing issues.

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the Sort icon and choose Show system apps.
  4. Scroll down and find Bluetooth, then tap it.
  5. Go to Storage and tap Clear Data.
  6. Tap OK to confirm.

Note: You’ll need to reconnect to your Medic Coach after this step.

Step 6: Clear Cache for the Revitive App

Clearing the cache for the Revitive app can also help if the problem is specific to the app.

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Tap Apps.
  3. Tap the Sort icon and choose Show system apps.
  4. Find Revitive in the list and tap it.
  5. Go to Storage and tap Clear Data.
  6. Tap OK to confirm.

Note: You’ll need to reconnect to your  Medic Coach after this step.

Step 7: Reset Network Settings

If none of the above steps work, you can try resetting your network settings. This will reset all your Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data settings but won’t delete any apps or personal data.

  1. Open Settings on your phone.
  2. Go to Reset.
  3. Tap Reset Network Settings and follow the instructions on the screen.

After your network settings are reset, go back to Settings > Bluetooth and try connecting to your Medic Coach again.
